I guess they just don't effect me that much because I've drank so many.

Explain how tea and coffee is bad for you?

Only, my mother has drank tea all her life and my father has drank coffee all of his life.

Most people I know have drunk tea and coffee there whole life.
If you have sugar, that says it all.
But the have caffine in them, which is bad for you.

Caffeine is an addictive.
Is that what you're trying to say?

So, the drink it's self is fine. Your argument is therefore invalid. Since sugar and milk are both to enhance taste

EDIT: Caffeine is only bad for you when it has been consumed highly and over a long time. Which then comes to the person who drinks, are they responsible or not?

And like you said, your parents have been consuming it for a long time.

Yes, but that means it is there own fault. Not the caffines fault. Hence I said, it's the drinker who is responsible for his/her consumption. Just like alcohol, yes, I drink alcohol on a regular basis. But does that make me an alcoholic? No, because I can drink alcohol responsibly and know when to stop and I know my limitation.

The best way to put this straight is by using my dad as the best possible example.

My father has high blood pressure. No one can blame coffee the reason for this, he only has himself to blame. Although it is mostly to do with stress, his GP told him to cut down on his caffeine intake.

So like I said before, coffee/tea/caffeine is perfectly fine for you, it's only when you become addicted that things may go wrong.

I drink coffee in the morning, with milk and one sugar.

I usually drink tea in the evening with two sugars and milk however during the spring/summer I very rarely do. But in Autumn/Winter Tea is my day time drink more or less.

And like I said, when I go out I sometimes do had a Red Bull and Vodka but no more than (thinks for a few seconds) say 10 a year.
