What are your views on abortions? Do you think people should be able to have them or do you think they should be banned?



I only think they are acceptable where the person pregnant was raped. Other than that I dont agree with them.



How about you?

I think it should be up to the woman, if she wants to have one then let her have one. i dont think they should be banned or anything, what if someone cant afford to keep the baby, what then?

I personally don't like them, and would never have one but I do understand and accept other people's choices. (In the end, they have to live with their choice.)

People should have the right to choose.

that is a really good point... and also agree with DJLEE, what if it isnt the girls fault? she cant afford a baby? adoption isnt always a good thing... there are dodgy people in the world

i think abortion should only be legal to girls who have been rapped...

It's a Women's choice.

Its the womans choice at the end of the day, I dont agree with them in most circumstances but I do when someone has been raped.

Banning abortion would be a big step back in scientific progress. It's much better to allow abortion and have it controlled than to ban abortion and have people digging around inside themselves with a coat hanger.

Having said that, I think abortion should only be used if the woman was raped. It should not be used as a form of contraception and people having sex should be prepared to accept the consequences of sex.

In Australia there has been a few cases of people not being able to support babies and just leave them abandoned. So yer, I think it's a good thing if it prevents this.
