How the f*** do children end up feral still in this society? i think any parent in decent countries that end up with a feral child should be shot for it or sentenced to death. i find it sickening to this day we find children that dont know how to walk properly or speak and even imitate animals.

The shot bit is a bit too far but I agree with the rest.

I honestly think its down to poor and rather sickening parenting, these children are sometimes locked up in cages, fed on scraps and learn nothing at all. I think they should be given a very serious prison sentence for these kinds of things but not the death sentence as sickening and awful as it may be.

Its the parents to blame, I think most times they are outcasts of society and dont see people daily and thats how they get away with for so long. The parents are normally weird themselves.

Its the parents who cause the way their kids are and in these circumstances its clear that the parents are messed up and dont care about their childrens life or their own future in jail. I think 20 years would be most appropriate xD
