Default Dreams - are they connected to how you feel?

In your opinion, are dreams reflective of how you feel when you are awake? What do dreams represent do you think, or are they just the works of imagination? Share your thoughts

ahm yes they are.. like now for example... i dream about my ex, me fears towards my ex, everything about my ex just because i still love him.. kinda annoying sometimes because i wake up crying. i wish i could stop dreaming about him but in order to do so, i must forget him.. besides, dreams come from the subconscious. the subconscious is a part of our brain. if the rest of our brain is sending endorphines and all kinda love quimics through the brain, then the subconscious shall be hit by those love quimics and that will make us dream about something that has to do with our feelings

What do you think about people thinking they have physic powers when what they dream comes true? Do you think its ever wise to act upon visions in a dream?

i have that sometimes. no, it's called fate or destiny. we write it but imagine.

you dream about a thing. then next day you have to make a choice. either go to the right or go to the left. you choose to go to the left. if you had gone to the right , you would have found the house you dreamt the previous night and you would remember it from your dream.. as you chose to go right, your dream, last night, was just meaningless...

understand???

I dont understand, would it be meaningless even if there was the house on the right when awake?

it would because the house wouldn't be the same as in your dreams. there aren't two equal houses. and the house you dreamt wasn't equal to the house you saw in the right side. but if you had chosen the left side, you would see the same house as in your dream

Not all the time, but most of the time, I believe they are.

And about Prophetic Dreams, I've had quite a few myself.
Sadly I never remember the dreams until they actually happen. Oh too many times has this happened to me.
And I'm talking about things that couldn't have possibly known about.

I've also had Mutual Dreams with people before, even though they were not intentional.

I've always been really in-tune with my Dreams and Nightmares. My cousin, my Nanny, and my Great Grandmother were all the same way.
Guess you can say it runs in the women in my family. Figures, most of us end up the sickest of the generation and we can do this.

My Dreams and Nightmares tell me things. What to do and what not to do. They also tell me what's going to happen that I have no control over.

Of course, no one ever believes me. Usually because I tell them the dream and then it happens a year or so later and everyone's forgotten but me.

So, I believe most dreams have significant meaning. But that sometimes a dream is just a dream.

What are your thoughts on dreaming of things such as cheating, dieing and the likes? Could they be prophecies or just based because of the way you feel?

i don't they they are literally. that's why there's books on how to read dreams.. if you dream that you're going to die, doesn't really means you're going to die.. at least it might not to. it might mean something else.

It's possible they could be Prophetic but it's not likely, which is the problem with those types of dreams.
All in all, the dream meaning something else is way more likely.
