Really? Because I always just assumed it was a combination of the fact that he's black, McCain acted like he didn't wanna win and therefore didn't (also because he's kind of a dumbass passing up a prime opportunity to against both Bush and Obama on an issue),and the fact that lots of dumbasses decided to vote this year and a lot of Conservatives didn't go vote because they knew they were gonna get screwed over no matter who won.
However, you bring up a point. He has zip-zero experience in anything and wasn't even a Senator for a year when he announced he was running. Not even a year. That's suspicious.
