I think it depends entirely on the fantasy. If you fantasy is something that would be considered seriously immoral or criminal, it's probably best to simply be content to imagine it and leave it inside your mind.
However, I see no problem with bringing other fantasies into reality in order to make the world around you more ideally suited for you.
