Not sure how many of you have heard, but the new Doomsday date is May 21st, 2011. Tomorrow. I personally believe the world will end 5 billion years from now, when the sun expands. Scientific person here. As far as I know, this caught on only yesterday. At least that's when I first heard about it.
My only hope is that it does happen... but it probably won't.
Here though, it's still 2 days away.
As a Christian, I find the idea behind this insulting. Because if people actually read the Bible it says no man will ever know and not the Angels of Heaven or Jesus Christ knows. Only God knows.
So I find this to be stupid.
Yet a part of me wishes it will happen. But because I'm a paranoid fuck, I'll be prepared... just in case.
And when I say paranoid I mean so bad that if I think about opening my door at night, that I'll find a zombie or a thief outside. So while I don't think it'll happen, my paranoia of any shit idea a person puts in my head forces me to have the overwhelming sensation of shit might just happen.
But maybe that's just being overly cautious... I don't know.
People, let it be known, that actually mainstream Christians do not believe this will actually happen. And when I say mainstream, I mean most of us.

She had used up all her vacation days so yes, she believes the world is going to come to an end soon and wished everyone a goodbye with a sarcy arse comment like "I'll see you again in heaven or in hell"

I meant two days. I keep thinking today is Friday for some reason. I'm paranoid as well, the slightest noise in the middle of the night and I think someone's breaking into my house and is going to kill me and my whole family....so I'm a little jittery about Saturday, but, meh. I'll spend it sleeping anyways.
