Hello ! I've a question about how could we do for diminishing or annulating serial-killers recidivisms ? Have you efficient solutions against it ?

You can't because serial killers are insane. Common sense and logical thinking doesn't apply to them because they are criminally insane.

Recidivism is most promenient when dealing with non-violent offenders- et al. drug abuse. And if they are bloody serial killers, how would they be able to recommit crimes once they are out of prison. Why would they even be allowed OUTSIDE of prison?

they wouldn't be. But it doesnt matter. They're criminally insane.

It's a crime of passion. Every single time, even if they dont know the person. They do it for the thrill, the pleasure.

Yeah But we realize that these persons authors of insane murders are commonly men. I think there's something weird in that fact. Don't you think ? :/
