We used to do this in the past, we stopped due to many inocent lives that were taken away due to being blamed for something they didn't do.
We can now prove that people have done stuff, should they be put to death?


Imo, we should kill rapists, murderers, anyone who does anything that will dramaticly change people's lives in a bad way.

Basically, killing someone for killing someone is stupid. In my opinion, leave them alive, with their guilt, getting beat up in prisons. Death is an easy way out for them.

The United States has a death penalty. They usually have a trial for murders and if the jury finds them guilty, they will be killed in various ways such as lethal injections, electric chair, etc.

It depends on the state's rules and guidelines pertaining death and the way of death.

I'm not huge on the death penalty but like you've said - I believe that rapists, murders, or anyone who does anything that will dramatically change people's lives in a bad way should be put to death or away from society.

I'd agree with not killing them, but have you seen English prisons? They have ps2's, snooker tables, television... They get stuff like that for being good.

I don't mind they stay the rest of their lives in prison, but holding them for few years, and then releasing them to kill more ? I think that's much more stupid than killing them !

personally i don't care much for the death penalty.

however, the primarily objective of the death penalty is not deter crimes (because it doesn't), it is too get criminals to confess and reveal evidence (ie location of dead body) when facing the death penalty. prosecutors agree to take it off the table when a full confession is made and evidence related to the crime is provided.

such is the the reality in this virtual world\game.

i don't care much about the death penalty but UK prisons are a total joke they should take away the tvs, playstations and all the other stuff, It should be more like America where all their luxuries are taken away. and another thing in the UK the prison sentences should be longer seriously getting 5 years for killing someone... they should be locked up for live so they never get the chance to kill again!

Mhm! That's why this country is so shit.

It depends on the severity.

For example, if you murder a man for molesting your daughter, you'll get a shorter prison sentence than someone who murdered someone for sport.
