I think they should ban offensive names.But they dont have a reason to ban stupid names.Hopefuly their parents will think about their future and not give them a rediculous name.

If its also ridiculous it should get banned.
Like ages ago there was a girl called 'Talulah-does-the-hula-for-hawaii' which is stupid, why couldn't she just be called Talulah? I cant remember if her parents had to change her name or not.
I think it's alright if the parents make up a word, and it is pronounced how it is spelt, but when parents choose a random word or a sentance etc, it just makes the child seem a fool.
So yes, if the name isnt appropriate it should be banned.
