The Prime Minister of the Russian Federation recently made a statement claiming that the United States of being a "parasite" of the global economy and has accused Americans of "living beyond their means." What do you think of his claims? I don't pay any credence to his claims, America is the only superpower and we can do whatever we want. Please bear in mind that Putin is a very staunch communist and is allegedly trying to resurrect the former Soviet Union.
He blames America as a whole when it's really our stupid government. THEY have been living beyond their means. Don't blame me, I'd be doing things right if they put me in charge.

He's being very hyperbolic. It's a political stunt to help out his position within his own country. He might not even believe those claims.
However, One can not say that the economy of the USA is blameless when it comes to the world economy. As the worlds biggest economy, it does have a rather large effect on the rest of the world economy and therefore should hold some responsibility for the state of global financial issues. Although, it does not deserve all the blame (A lot can be placed on Japan, China, etc etc).
America can do whatever they want. So can every other country. But each action has it's consequences and each country deserves criticism from others in an attempt to reduce the negative consequences and amplify the positive consequences.

Honestly, I've encountered a substantial amount of anti-american sentiment overseas. From people of all ages too. Not just ignorant kids.
They're still ignorant, they have no legitimate reason to hate America, none of them do. There is no legitimate reason to hate America. They may disagree with a few of America's policies, and that's fine, but to say that they hate America, that's unacceptable and just liberal trolling.

There are legitimate reasons. No nation is perfect. Every nation has it's blemishes. It's not fair to call them liberal because a lot of them are really conservative. So it's unacceptable for people to form their own opinions? I don't know. That sounds like a pretty immature stance right there.
