Just because something is "gross" doesn’t mean it should be illegal. People think that many necrophiles are murderers, which is false. It is entirely possible to be a necrophile and a pacifist. Actually having sex with a corpse is much more dangerous than having sex with someone living. Have you ever had maggots get into certain places you don't want them to be? Yeah, I didn't think so. It's also like how you can get diseases from eating meat, but you can get a lot more from eating human meat.
No reason why the family should know? Considering it's the remains of their loved ones, yeah they have a right to know.
Which is why I'm all for organ removal and cremation. So the maggots won't get to you. And I mean "maggots" in a literal and figurative sense.
A freshly dead corpse is one thing, but after about a day or two who would want to fuck a corpse? Then again, that Cinema Snob review of Nekromantik isn't helping the mental imagery any. But it goes to show you that you can, in fact, find a way to have sex with a dead male skeleton-almost corpse whose dick decayed already, while you're also a woman (hint: it involves a pipe).
...Humans are fucked up. Consent doesn't necessarily mean they're sound of mind or know what's going on. This applies to more than just this. If they can't consent to an act then and there then I really don't consider it valid. Keep in mind I say this as a person who is much more attracted to the dead than the living (although I'm pretty sure it's not sexual).
Besides... the unnatural tabooness of it all makes it far more interesting! If it became legal, it would become normal and thus... boring as all hell.

its disgusting because the corpse cannot respond to anything, it cannot stop you from doing anything you want even when it would not want you to do it when living, also, how sadistic must you be to actually have sex with a corpse? its just not acceptable in society, and for once, i agree with society here.
^ Good point except for the sadistic part. Sadists like to cause pain/enjoy seeing others in pain. If the corpse is unresponsive then I wouldn't exactly call it sadistic as a corpse can't feel pain.
