Well seeing as you utilised lexis properly this time I think I did make a difference. Bravo to me. Also, it's not like I have a choice about reading your posts, once I click on a link it's kinda there.
At the worst, the Taliban were responsible for the deaths of a few civilians, at best, the United States has been responsible for the deaths of over 500,000 Iraqi children, with bombings of civilians, hospitals, and preventing medical assistance. Who's the terrorist may I ask?
In case you need a definition: Terrorism refer only to those violent acts which are intended to create fear (terror), are perpetrated for a religious, political or ideological goal, and deliberately target or disregard the safety of non-combatants (civilians).
Seem similar to US Army tactics? Thought so.
The Taliban, alternative spelling Taleban, is an Islamist militant and political group that ruled large parts of Afghanistan and its capital, Kabul, as the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan from September 1996. It gained diplomatic recognition from only three states: Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates.
Yes, I know what they are. Do you? Clearly not seeing as you don't even realise it's a name and needs to be capitalised. You seem to think they're some sort of devils when really they're fighting for what they believe is the protection of their country and you are the ones attacking. If you had not been killing innocent civilians in middle-eastern countries and invading theirs, do you think they would have a quarrel with you? No, not at all. They want to protect their lands. To them (and to me) the United States Army, with it's irrational need to intervene at any opportunity, kill the innocent and then attempt to glorify it, are just as bad, if not worse.
When you think of a consistent argument that isn't something along the lines of 'I'm right because I'm right.' or 'They're doing it for freedom.' then I would encourage you to try again.
Also, the premise that they hate your western culture of freedom is why they're attacking you, total bullshit. You're trying to take away their freedom which is what they're fighting for. Before the United States felt it had to intervene with every single foreign act the world was a much more peaceful place, and I fear it's people such as you that will prevent it from changing back to it from the hell-hole it's become.
If you don't like this post don't read it... oh wait.
