I agree that each government has advantages and disadvantages, but I still think that some political mentalities do not have the potential to contain the changes and the educational evolution that a certain culture needs to follow the general development in the world, so those happen to be gutter governments even if they had many advantages on other sides, and still, at many cases those governments rule because of the huge populations that support them because of racial or religious reasons, or economic interests.....etc.
