It's what I think at least! People as a whole do not deserve absolute political democracy because they have a lot of trash among them! Not everyone is capable of being politically constructive to their country, thus, the political opinions shouldn't all matter equally!
I think Political Democracy should only be held to those who are capable of providing constructive criticism...
It's really the time for humanity to take a dump.

Agreed. That is why I affirm the Constitution of America, which produces a Federal Republic.
Sadly, America is not much of a Federal Republic to this day.
I also like a Constitutional Confederacy, similar to how Switzerland was once governed.
America was strongly built by the hands of very great leaders. It was successively led by genius and wise leaders such as John Adams, Abraham Lincoln and Theodore Roosevelt, who knew how to lead a whole nation of many races towards glory. But right now, I think America might start going backwards specially after being led by political idiots, just like Geroge W. Bush!

^^^^ Don't forget idiots like Oboma and really the last 6 presidents or so. Has any country had a great leader on the world stage in the last 30-40 years really? I thought not.
ot: I think it's pretty obvious that an absolute democracy in any country would be assinine. I mean an absolute democracy in a group of 30 is pretty impossible let alone a country.

Adams, is a maybe. Lincoln was great, but I think he expanded the role of government way too much as well. So in my book, he's maybe 70%-80% good as a leader. Theodore Roosevelt, I do and don't care for. I like that he got the conservation programs going, and the regulation of food quality, but I don't like how he expanded government into other areas it wasn't necessary.
I'd be happy to have America go backwards. That's the problem. We haven't listened to the great voices of history. Thomas Jefferson, Frederick Douglass, Abraham Lincoln, James Madison, John Quincy Adams, John Locke (even though he's English), and many more.
None of those Hamiltonians though.
Once people get a taste of 1984, they'll reject it.
Until then, my political hope is in Congressman Ron Paul.

I think Reagan was a step in the right direction. His foreign policy wasn't that great though.
The Democrats will only make things worse, because money apparently grows on trees.
Note: I'm not exactly a "faithful Republican" either. Although, I don't vote for democrats I don't have to. I prefer the lesser of two evils.

Were you there when they crucified my Lord?
Reagan was prolly ok. Maybe a bit devisive but I guess all strong leaders will be devisive in today's rediculous partison two-party system in America.
btw those were two effin GREAT you tube vids!!!!!!! Viva Ron Paul. I will most likely vote for him (it will be a waste of a vote of course I'm afraid, but i won't vote for any of the other losers). My hope is that Ron Paul bows out of the election and eventually bows out of politics all together that he gets a great standing ovation by his collegues. Damn those stats at the end of the first you tube vid were effin amazing about never voting to raise taxes ever and never taking outside money and stuff. Pretty amazing dude!!!!
Democracy is nothing more than mob-rule. That's all.
Of course they should be treated equality. Everything and everyone should be treated equally. Opinions included, even if they're not constructive. If you write it off like that then you're ignoring someone before hearing what they have to say and that is called ignorance.
No, a Political Democracy shouldn't exist in the first place. History has shown true Democracies tend to become either Anarchy or Dictatorial in nature. Thus, they fail as Democracies. If you give power to a small group of people, they'll become corrupted and try to control the masses. If you give power to the masses, then things become chaotic and everyone gets fucked over.
That being said who would be the one to judge who could give this "constructive criticism"? Would not this judge have his own bias that would sway everything? Of course. This person would be a Judge of Judges from the sounds of it. Who would it be, you?
Your idea would work great in idealism land, but there are too many chaotic factors to consider such a thing. Which is one reason a Democracy is built to fail as it is, because all courses of actions are swayed by just the people.
Simply put, Democracies are inherently built to fail no matter how they are run. Why? Because of mob-mentality. Which is why the US is a Constitutional Republic and not a Democracy.
Absolute Democracy is stupid. But Democracy itself is stupid, except for one form of it - which would be a Republic. Yes, a Republic and Democracy are not all that different, but they do have their differences. A Republic is a form of a Democracy but it's also a form of government all on it's own.
That being said, everyone is different, who is anyone to decide what opinion is more important than another as a whole? Deciding for yourself? That's one thing. But people can make up their own minds so regardless, they have the right to decide which opinions are important to themselves.
Basically, everyone is equal, so no one should be able to judge which ideas or opinions are more valuable. That just makes way for extreme tyrannical bias. No better than a dictatorship withholding information.

Yes, Reagan. And while I'm sure people will bite my head off (and keep in mind, I haven't done near as much research on the woman as I need to but I with what I know right now) I'm also going to say Thatcher. But that's just me. Yes, I'm aware people hate her guts to the core, I really don't care.
