HAH! How hilarious.

We don't do that because we never evolved to do it.

We have homosexuals in our species for the same reasons a spider female eats the man after sweet, sweet intercourse: they evolved that way.

What an incredibly dire attempt at intelligence.

Sam Harris' idea of morality comes through the natural evolution of biological organisms into advanced life, and we ought to behave that way because we know the origin of the objective morality is concrete and evident.

Question:

You say, "This is"... where does the ought then derive from?

You say, "morality comes through the natural evolution of biological organisms into advanced life..."

1) In what matter does "morality come through" evolutionary processes?
2) From the "is" of evolutionary biological, where does the ought come from? Where is this derived from? What is the Ontological grounding?

Essentially Dustin, we evolved, and along with this evolution, our morals were developed as a natural and intrinsic instinct.

Alright kiddies, I just got my first report. I see no problems thus far, but for the sake of the report, staying away from personal attacks....

Just a lovely warning.

And my point of view?

I see no problems with homosexuality, at all. You're born that way, end of story. I think that gays should have the right to marry... How is it my place to say that they shouldn't? I originally was on the fence about gay couples having children, but I'm starting to lean towards thinking its alright.

I don't understand what you're trying to say here. Could you please clarify?

What's more interesting is how many threads about homosexuality were kicked off just because of my rant!

How is this internal subjective feeling, rooted in an Ontologically Objective moral?

It appears you want to argue Epistemology. I'm asking about Ontology.

Just because you don't understand what the groans of the other species mean, it doesn't mean that homophobia exists only in one!
