Sam Harris' idea of morality comes through the natural evolution of biological organisms into advanced life, and we ought to behave that way because we know the origin of the objective morality is concrete and evident.
Question:
You say, "This is"... where does the ought then derive from?

1) In what matter does "morality come through" evolutionary processes?
2) From the "is" of evolutionary biological, where does the ought come from? Where is this derived from? What is the Ontological grounding?

Essentially Dustin, we evolved, and along with this evolution, our morals were developed as a natural and intrinsic instinct.

And my point of view?
I see no problems with homosexuality, at all. You're born that way, end of story. I think that gays should have the right to marry... How is it my place to say that they shouldn't? I originally was on the fence about gay couples having children, but I'm starting to lean towards thinking its alright.

You can say anything, but you do you really think people will know your points when you throw names? You should have written something else. Because it's not 'light' for everyone.
