Default Gun Legalisation.

Are you for it or against it?

My view: Guns are for one thing only and that is to kill. They should be illegal everywhere with no circumstances.

It's the people behind the guns who kill.
Syrian and Triteia like this.

Little white flowers will never awaken you, not when the cold depths have all but overtaken you.

Dearest, The days are all so long,
and in the shadows I spend them all.
My heart and I long for slumber.
Slumber I'm caressing you, I bless your touch, I lust for you.
Slumber you are not a dream, Not as much as you seem.

I'm against it, and I'm glad that, here it's more or less illegal (as always, there are some special exception which are understandable). And what Tommy said, it's just for killing.

With an item that is made for killing. If there was no gun around, maybe that person wouldn't have killed the other guy.

Against.

Although the person behind the gun is responsible, the gun is just a tool, it makes it easier for the person to actually kill. Yes, controlling guns will not stop violence and murder, but it will decrease it.

Mistakes are made, and regrets are our luggage; we will drag them with us to slow us down.
The victories are flashes of light, sudden and unlasting, which allow us to glimpse the road ahead before darkness descends.

Love is bitter, yet it is the bread that keeps us. Over and over it fills us up, only to starve us.
The people whom we love shape our destinies and our strengths, yet leave us cold and alone in the darkness.

So? anything can help anyone kill, it's not going to stop the person who's trying to kill someone.
You know how many woman with children would be robbed, raped, or hurt because they're home alone single and fucked up people know they can get away with it? what about that 18 year old single mother with a young baby and her husband just died, two stalkers were breaking into her home they would have hurt her and her baby, is that what you want? The guys coming into her house didn't have a gun. She did. it's not the guns he was going to use to her hurt it was a 12 in knife.

My sister's husband hunts and if he didn't they wouldn't have the money to even put meat on the table for their family and children.
Over a year ago my horse broke her leg and if we didn't have a gun she would have had to stay in pain, bleeding, screaming and leg broken for over 2 hrs when instead we could put her out of the misery in less then 20 mins.

The difference between Europe and the USA. Here, you don't need to worry about stuff like this, because (almost) NOBODY has guns. Also, Europe is a safer place...

A tazor gun can protect people just as much and no one needs to dies.

We have a thing here called the NHS. They'll put down any animal that is in pain and such, so we don't really have that problem.
