I think there's a huge difference between pan-sexuality/bisexual/transgenders.

transgenders your getting different parts then their personality or how they feel. So, transgenders could say they're female and believe it but still have a dick.. Now, for me though I'm straight even if i was into 'girls and guys there's a bigger difference. It's not just about the parts or loving the person the person liking that person has to be accepting and believing in the whole part of where they think in their mind that they're different. The majority probably have no problem with that but Ive even met bisexual people who find that weird or don't want someone like that, etc. So i think the difference still has to stay.
