And people wonder why the hell this world sickens me and makes me not even want to live it in and just take my life? I mean really.. why do people wonder?

This is disgusting. Yeah he was a disturbing man who did horrible things but shit like this does not make us any better.

Little white flowers will never awaken you, not when the cold depths have all but overtaken you.

Dearest, The days are all so long,
and in the shadows I spend them all.
My heart and I long for slumber.
Slumber I'm caressing you, I bless your touch, I lust for you.
Slumber you are not a dream, Not as much as you seem.

It's an extremely low budget film, but nonetheless it is here...

it's not a joke trailer either: Promise

I think it's a bit of a comical concept for a movie.

Osama Bin Laden comes back from the dead to kill America!

i agree, its not a bad idea for a movie plot. sure it might be offensive to some people, but hell, so are all of the Scary Movies and other spoofs like those.

I don't really care about the film but I agree with DeepDistress in a sense that the dead should be left how they are, whether it's OBL or Baba Tunde.

That being said, the plot is golden for a big hit, surprised it never came out sooner with a bigger budget

I don't like the premise. I won't go into why I don't because it has to do with stuff about film theory that only I care about

There are certain things that every film aspires to do. It depends on what you're conception of film is but there is a rough consensus that film aims to 1) engage the audience to a certain level, 2) aspire to some sort of artistic expression, 3) create a diegetic world that the viewer can relate to in a certain way. My problem lays with the 3rd premise. There is a theory that says that a viewer negotiates the terms of relation and the terms of the narrative world through the opening shots of the film as well as with the what the viewer knows about the film going into a viewing. The narrative of this film promises to play with the common perception of Osama bin Laden and to throw elements of horror and action in there. It promises everything that people associate with that type of mindless entertainment (which isn't inherently bad). The film stands on this ground and the filmmakers assume that people will quickly and easily pick up the relation so that they don't have to push the premise to the breaking point in order to get the viewer to "buy in" to that relationship. However, this combination of degrading a public figure (however hated he may be) through action/horror/parody diegesis is historically and theoretically very hard to relate to on any real level (we're talking more about visual and subconscious relations than conscious relations). On this level, the premise is weak. On top of that it's probably not going to be technically adequate either. I'm sure some people will still enjoy it though.
