Default Come inside & debate with me on this :D

So what do you guys & girls think of a sex change? like do you think males should be able to transfer (as best they can) and look like a female and vise versa and in your honest answers, think about it, if your mate had or was getting one done, would you still look at him/her the same as be okay with it? You wouldn't be appalled or etc

I dont think it is wrong getting a sex change I just find it a little disturbing, the whole process etc I cant put myself in one of these peoples position at all or even begin to understand feeling like wanting to change sex and I wouldnt want to at all lol fair enough if you were born with both sets of genitals and had to decide who you wanted to be lol im sure that is called something like being a homaphrodite or maybe I am wrong, correct or agree someone

I think it is wrong, people should be grateful for what they got and be happy about themselves. I can't see any reason or advantages of getting a sex-change. So in my opinion - No, people shouldn't be allowed to have a sex change.

I hate them.

You can believe your the other gender all you want! Doesn't mean that you are. The facts are facts after all.

Besides there are just certain things you cannot get rid of even with a sex change. So why even bother with it? You'd still have all the parts that make you either male or female - so there is no point in them.
And it has shown that some people kill because of the shock of finding out. Take off your pants and, wow, look at that you ain't what I thought you were - person loses it and then things happen. Although someone is usually drunk when this happens - but not always.

It reminds me of... Lycanthobe's [Spell Check?] in other words - werewolves or shapeshifters. You see the ones who claim to be Lyncan's - are not. Because they are speaking to you in the human language. The real lyncan's DON'T speak the human language - they really believe they are a wolf or dog! They do what canines do.

Now, this is a bit different - but if I grew up thinking I was a guy then I would just naturally assume everyone else thought I was one too. Because that's how it works - I wouldn't have to go around telling people "i'm a guy" because I'd assume they know it already! Those are the only cases I can believe. But normally something happened to them while hey were growing up to make them think that way.
A child need a male and female influence in their life - they just do. I watched something about a year ago ad this one girl, who thought she was a guy, was raised by two lesbians all her life. OK, now, I don't have any problem with homosexuals at all - but when a child is denied an influence in their life then something in their brain just clicks.

You know, animals change their gender in their environment all the time - if there are too many of one gender around then one changes into the opposite as an act of nature. A child, who's brain is still developing would naturally be more likely to sub-come to this.
Now, why doesn't it happen more? I'm sure it does but we are never told about it.

As for the people who think they are the other gender later on in life - well I think that has more to do with society than anything. People are becoming more tolerant of homosexuality - but everyone things that's not the case. So if one is in a relationship with ones own gender -- they might feel this virtually non-existent pressure to change. Although, it does depend on the family and all that. But in most cases they'd rather you be a homosexual than a different gender.

There is my input at at least.

I support it.

Imagine I was born in a male body... I'd well get a sex change.

It's really only changing the outside, (well... I suppose organs and that be removed but..) I just can't see any problem with it. ._.

For me it's ok....There's nothing wrong with it, as long you are not affecting or hurting other people. If that's the only way for you to be contented then go for it!

Wow, some of you guys have really cruel and unfair opinions. I understand that for the most part, you can't imagine feeling the way some of these people do, but that doesn't mean they shouldn't be allowed to look and feel in a manner that is more natural to them.

Think of it this way, it's no different than any other form of body modification, just perhaps a bit more extreme. People get tattoos, piercings, and cosmetic surgery to better enhance the way they feel they should look and what best suits them.

I have no trouble with a man who feels like he was born in the wrong body, who feels like he has the wrong anatomy. Same with a biological woman who feels the same way. There's actually a real mental disorder possibly linked in with all of this: Body Dysmorphic Disorder - a chronic illness that actually gets worse if left untreated and can severely dampen a person's right to happiness in life.

For the most part, no one just wakes up one day and decides they want to be the opposite gender. For most, this starts at a very young age where they feel out of place with their bodies and their perceived gender. Usually before puberty, they're already presenting themselves as the gender they feel they are inside....and so most others actually end up perceiving them as that gender as well. To me, it seems almost natural to just take the next step and start hormone therapy and eventually a sex-change operation.

Like I said, it's body modification and I believe that every human being has the right to do with their own body what pleases them most.
