I support it, actually. It's a free world, people can do what they like.
But I think it has to be approached carefully. A lot of people get plastic surgery thinking it'll somehow make everything in their lives better. It won't, and they need to realise that before they start getting themselves sliced up like a prime cut of meat.
And a surprising amount of the time, it doesn't fix self-esteem issues, either. It's such a cliche, but genuine happiness really does come from inside. Women with breast implants actually have a higher suicide rate than 'normal' women (although what is normal anyway?).
