So lets say there really isn't anything wrong with how you look or anything like that...
you just dont like your nose...you want a bigger chest...a bigger butt...or you want to look like your favourite celeb. What are your thoughts on a person having plastic surgery in this case?

But you have to think about it, Some people have to get a nose job to help with their breathing. Take Ashley Tisdale. She had to get some kind of nose surgery because she was having trouble breathing.

Yeah that's understandable...what i did mean was people having plastic surgery done because they dislike how they look or they feel that something isn't good enough on them...

In some cases i do - because some people want it and they kinda need it in some areas...
Like I watched this show once a few years back... A Woman had a very very very flat chest - so flat it was hardly even there! And she got plastic surgery and it was for the better because she looked great after words! Of course she had some Facial problems as well - like something the matter with her nose and some other stuff. So they fixed that as well.
But when your chest is big enough - no breast implants because you won't be able to breathe!
And if you have problems and you need surgery then that's OK.
But I don't agree with it if it's for pure vanity - like you think you are ugly when people say you are not but you think no matter what you do that you're ugly! That's just crazy.

if it is for medical reasons then yea. but not just to make yourself look good. i can not see the point in being cut up just to look good. but then i guess its each to their own.

accept yourself for who you are
if some one loves you the way you are than your perfect in their eyes
every one is perfect in some ones eyes
they say perfection is mythical but I say its logical
just some of us don’t see it right away
we all have the same fate
to turn to ash
use your money for something more constructive like building a family
if you have a disability and it’s the only way to fix it then be honest with your self
it wasn’t meant to be fixed either way you become some one your not
if its life threatening do it sure but you'll neve be the person you where yesterday
