Haha, nice try. I (unfortunately) have seen a few beastiality videos, and the animal is almost always giving it to the human. They like it. They do not have the same sense of deductive reasoning as us, and as a result, they almost always give in to their animalistic urges.

Basically saying, animals cannot give any sort of verbal or written consent.
Anyone can give into urges, this does not mean they want to though.
