Rubbish.
The percentage doesn't affect their finding of the defendant is being guilty or not.
There is a defence of temporary insanity (but the defendant has to go to mental institution as well as serving the sentence).
No mother would willingly choose to kill their own child. She clearly was suffering from some condition and should be excused for that.
Don't you think she will feel guilty as it it? I don't think she should be locked up for the rest of her life. A mistake she made have made and suffer some conquences she must but not her whole life.

Lar So what if she felt guilty after. that does not bring back her daughter and actually yes she does deserve to be locked up for the rest of her life. How many mothers have found out the same thing as her and might of been angry but never killed there own daughter? exactly. the women murdered a child, she should not be able to get away with it. and she should live with it for the rest of her life as what she did was wrong
