life can be tough sometimes and it may seem like there's no way out, but there is.
now on your sister front, i realise you've already talked to your sister before about how she's acting is upsetting you, but perhaps try again and ask her what she'd think if it was you doing this?
as for your depression, you already had it and were on the road to getting over it?what did you do to try to get better from it? maybe this would work again? if it doesn't don't worry, it will get better, it just may take its time!
