For any of you that I know, would it work if I called my doctor and found a ride over there without my mother?

No, if you're a minor you need parental permission for medical treatment. You can tell your guidance counselor or other school adult, and they might intervene with your mom, but you'd still need her consent for actual treatment.

"Mom, there's something I haven't told you..this is more serious than you thought..this is what happens to me at night....................."

I decided I'm going to talk to her tomorrow. So I can get help fast. :/

Good for you! And good luck. Just remember to give her the facts, how you've been feeling, how long, how badly. Impress upon her how bad and how intolerable this is and how much you need help.

Today was absolutely TERRIBLE! Good thing I'm telling her now.
