I feel really miserable,helpless and just bored of everything in general.. nothing can make me happy, i always have some empty feeling and iam always tired... i only see the solution in drugs, but i know its stupid.. any advice how to feel better?tnx

Try got get a good nights sleep. What time do you usually go to bed and wake up?

If you're bored, find some hobbies to do. Put your interests into something worthwhile that will take your time and interest. Is there anything specific making you feel miserable and helpless?

For how long has it been like this? It can be a phase but it can also be a sign of something more serious, try to get a good night of sleep and occupy yourself with other activities like Ashley said. Talk to your friends, talking always helps (:

Well, we can't diagnose you, but the stuff you're talking about sure sounds like something's wrong, it's not typical to feel the way you do consistently..and the drugs, not a good way of coping. If you can grab hold of it and correct it, that would be great. If not, tell your folks and let them get you to someone who can help you.
