Re: how do you findsomeone to support you
Yh, I know what you mean about the parent stuff. Mine moan at me all the time to do stuff and when I try to explain that I'm lacking motivation, they just get angry and tell me to find some. Maybe you could come up with a strategy with your shrink about how to deal with this and are there any freinds who could help you through it? You could find things that inspire you and use those to drive you on (for instance being away from home and more independant in college). For the lonliness, are there any clubs or college societies you could join to meet new people?
And if you really want to distract yourself like I end up doing to stop myself from thinking, fill up your free time. Watch TV, talk to people, listen to music, find a new passtime maybe. And also if you're doing a boring task, let your imagination go, maybe you're doing that task in a different setting, with someone you like or something. That helps get me by when I'm feeling low. The important thing is to remember that you're not alone in this, there are other people in the same boat as you.
I hope this helps in some way, feel free to message me anytime you want to talk.
