i have a problem. i drunk bc i depress. i am depress bc i don't know y and this is piss me.

Have you seen a doctor about depression? depression doesn't need nor have a place to stem from. So your frustration at not having a reason could actually just be the chemical imbalance, if, you have depression.

Don't drink if you're aware you're unhappy. Alcohol is a depressant so it'll only make you feel worse. Do you have someone to talk to? You can always PM me

Also try to get your body used to less harmful things, Like every time you crave an alcoholic drink drink a can of soda, get your body more used to something like that. It can become a very helpful stress reliever, the trick is to get your mind fooled. It sounds stupid but it really does work. Just get addicted to something not as bad that you can tell your mind helps you feel better.

Soda is still really bad for you

Every thing is just a new sensation, accept it and move on.
No need to focus on it and label it bad or good.

Being an alcoholic is far worse.

and as long as your careful and use moderation and if you want, work it off. You're fine. People go freaking overboard with it. You don't even realize how bad most of the food we eat is for us.

Actually I do realize how bad most food is which is way I eat certain things and pay attion to ingredients

And yes it actually is really bad for you with 36 grams+ sugar high fructose corn syrup among other things
