I'm mostly anti-social, I have a few friends, and other than them I don't really want to talk to anybody. It's not a bad thing. If you're feeling lonely, try to go out and socialize, but if you're content with being alone then there's no shame in that.
So what is it exactly? Are you shy? You're content with being alone? You don't find the usefulness in talking to others but you're lonely?
Most important: What exactly is the driving force in you wanting to no longer be anti-social?

Are you unable to talk to people? Or do you not want to talk to other people? Is it easy for you to talk to people, you just don't like it? Or do you find it hard to talk to people?
Well maybe it's just the energy it takes irl? Online you're ALWAYS making new threads and posting and that, so maybe you actually like talking to people you just don't like the effort it takes irl? Since most teens like "hanging out" whatever the hell that is XD I'm not the out going act silly type, so hanging out generally isn't my thing unless it's like a movie or something along those lines.

Feels like im at a standstill with all of those o.o
I would suggest just going out there and interacting with people, even if you feel like there's no use in it. I mean, after a while it will become more habitual than anything and you won't mind the energy that it takes to do it in real life. It doesn't sound like you have ASPD or anything like that, so it's just a matter of doing it more if you want to stop feeling the way that you do. Don't worry about it too much though. I'm sure you'll figure it out.
