So a few months ago i had an accidental overdose on ibuprofen, (i had a headache, and had forgotten that i took a dose a short time before)

and everyone is trying to call it a suicide attempt and the to they're trying to connect it to the break up between me and my ex-girlfriend not too long before that

keep trying to correct what they think, but so for my efforts remain fruitless

Just ignore and move on. Who the fuck cares if they think you might be suicidal when you're really not and they won't believe you when you continue denying it. They'll forget it soon enough once you get on with your life as always

Don't pay much attention to them. You know what it was and what it wasn't. People are always eager to make connections like that no matter how ridiculous they seem. That can be annoying sometimes, but there's not too much one can do about it, unfortunately.

As mentioned before fuck them. Only you know what truly happened everyone else is just assuming shit.

Ignore.
