First off know that no break up is bc of just one person. If he doesn't accept any blame then screw him and just know that we know he is at least partically responsible. Also it is good that you have a goal to get better and show him the real you and the girl he broke up with was not you ... but first and foremost get better for you ... bc YOU know that the real you kicks butt.

OMG that sucks that your therapist wont believe her!!! I hate it when you KNOW you are in the right, but some stubborn person cays you arent. Cant you prove it to her??? Idk how tho.

Well my mom was there, and she SAW the cuts a few weeks ago compared to now but she wouldn't back me up, she went along with the therapist!

Hey most importantly Nic, don't cut!!!! You have gone so long since you last did!!!! Take pride in that!!! You should have a calender and like mark of each day you go by. That would help me I know, bc if it was me, I know habits are hard to break and I would be soooo fuckin proud of myself for not cuttting in so long.

It feels like everything just sucks... it's like my parents and therapist aren't even on my side anymore. I usually just wish I could curl up into a ball in the corner and disappear.

Dont give up, theres always a light at the end of the tunnel! Youve got to try talking to your therapist because theyll help, i have one so i should know. Plus dont be to hard on yourself its not all your fault!
