Is it just me or is anyone else feeling they get no enjoyment out of anything? and also like you don't get excitied anymore about anything? last one is i don't feel like doing much is that just me to?

After coming out of the hospital I felt an unmeasureable happiness, but there was no reason for it and it's now completely gone. So I'm the same way I was before.
I sometimes get happy for no reason, very few times, but it's crazy happiness and it's like hell too, but in a different way.
I'm in the same boat. When you're doing nothing you feel as though you should do something. But when your doing something you'ld rather be doing nothing. If that makes sense Right now i'm at the point where i'm hoping my life will pick up, even though i'm nearly convinced it will continue like this.
