Default Felt sudden fear out of no reason

I checked about it online and it was suppose to be a panic attack... i guess..

I mean, these few days i have been having this feeling of fear. Out of nowhere.
I don't know what triggers it but then it's like falling from a building. And when i sleep, tears just fall out. For no reason at all..

Does anyone has the same situation?

You need to find something that puts you in a relaxed mood of some sort whether it be music, Tv etc. anything that can take your mind off it. Certain things like this are psychological so removing all thought of fear from your head should leave you more calm and have a better effect on you.
If problems like this persist I suggest you see psychologist just to be on the safe side.

You sure you're not worried about something? Like right now I'm sitting my final exams and sometimes I just start freaking out and panicking out of nowhere, but it goes away after a few seconds.

I get things like that a lot, they are probably panic attacks. I would defintily suggest seeing a counseler to help you work past them or at least manage them.

Also is the falling from the building feeling when you like wakeup suddenly? Because there's actually reason for that not connected with any panic thing. Basically when you fall asleep al your muscles relax, sometimes they will twitch suddenly and all tense up then let go this wake you up and it kinda feels like falling. Most people get it every once in a while it's nothing to worry about

Every thing is just a new sensation, accept it and move on.
No need to focus on it and label it bad or good.

Try and do stuff that calms you, like listening to relaxing music or going for a scenic walk. If you have any pets, have them curl up by you and take a nap with you. That always helps me, at least. Maybe tell your friends or family about this, so they can give you advice and support. If none of this works, then I suggest seeing a professional to get some help.

Usually getting through a panic attack is different for everyone.
Some people can pull themselves out by using coping techniques, and some people can't pull themselves out unless they have medication.

If you see a professional, (therapist, psychiatrist, psychologist, counselor, etc.) I'd talk to them about what's causing your sudden panic attacks and see if it's something that you can work through on your own or something that medication could help control.

*Oh, and btw, I DO throw rage fits.
If I get overly aggressive at you, just ignore me.

Overall, if you need help, please feel free to ask me for it.
