Well if your not an adult you can't really find someone on your own. I don't really know what your situation is, but it can be really embarrassing to talk to your parents about it. Trust me I know... I was in a very similar situation about a year or 2 ago. but trust me sweety it gets better once you talk to a therapist. They're not as bad as people make them out to be. I was really upset that i had to go to one, but after a few visits i loved to go there. It gives you someone to talk to that gives good advice and doesn't judge. They also can't talk to your parents about what you say unless you give them permission. So talk to your guidance counselor at school. If you're an adult then look around on the internet. It will be alright, don't worry. If you give us some more details we could give you some advice, but don't feel pressured to. Just remember, it will be alright.
In France, there's a free phone number that you can call and then talk to real psychologists if you are less than 18. Maybe you will find this in your country
Or you can try to go to the school psychologist that will maybe help you.
