Stop! You are beautiful as a person regardless of how you look, hurting yourself will change nothing!

If you want to change things, do what I did and start working out and dieting. In addition to making you physically healthier, it will improve your life as a whole. Don't let those bullies decide what you do with your life!

Hello dear, well, there is not much we can do for you. If you want to stop self-harming, it has to come from you really.
Have you ever heard of the Butterfly project? It's about drawing butterflies on your wrists (where most people cut) and give it a name of one of your loved ones. Everytime you feel the urge to injure yourself, think twice. Watch this video for extended information about it:

hope you do good! I know you can do it.

You need to work on that discipline then. Like I have said, only you can find the solution to this problem. You need to boost that self-confidence. You need to lower the importance you give to other's opinions.

I know you are, and I imagine it is really far from easy, probably because it has turned into a habit. Afterall you have been doing it for so many years.
And believe me, it's already a very good thing you know it has to stop. So, you're on the right track. Maybe this is where your boyfriend would step in? Like, when you get the urge to self-harm, take your cellphone and phone him or a friend to hang out, or simply to talk if you can't go out?

Let's hope it keeps on decreasing, then. Just hang in there and continue your efforts.
If you need any help, don't hesitate to contact me. I know you can do this Jessica.

Have you considered professional help? It works wonders for so many people. I would urge you to try it and see if they can help you stop harming yourself. I'm glad you took the first step and realized that you need to stop. But you have to find someone that can help you. Talk to an adult about it and see if they can help you. I would try to get professional help though.
