Exclamation Extremely Confused and Worried?

Well...one day i woke up and i had scars on my hand, have no idea how they got there and i don't remember cutting myself on purpose. I mean i did a few months ago but the scars went away by now. I told my psychiatrist and therapist but they didn't really think anything of it. I have also been getting Homicidal thoughts (I think that is what they are called), Where out of nowhere i feel like i need to stab someone (ANY RANDOM PERSON) and get images of very gory/bloody stuff, like of how i would kill a person. I know that none of my pets caused those scratches and i don't scratch in my sleep. The scars look like the same scars i had when i cut myself a few months ago, except they look fresh like they were made recently. Also i don't have dry skin so i don't think that is it. I know i may sound crazy and stuff but i just need advice. I'm just afraid i might do something without knowing or remembering i did it.

Thanks,
Cade

How long have you been seeing your therapist?
How much of this have you shared with them?

Well keep seeing him but you do need to tell him about the in visioning death and things, that is a VERY important key part to your problem, and you're young you need to really try to find answers for this before you go on with it for more years.

There are medications for things like this, idk if you need them or not but you DO need to open up to her about the seeing things because like i said, that's a very key part and changes it from anger to a problem, so yeah. Talk to her about that and see what happens.

Often times with people with issues like that they do things and block it out or can't remember it, or people with voices in their heads don't remember or feel in control sometimes, so you probably did cut and wasn't aware you did it.

(also obsessed with C guy names. Is your name Caden? or just Cade?)

You should start by being honest with them and telling them.

Are they just thoughts? or are they actually impulses and urges? If so, are they strong? If they're just thoughts, then that's not actually very uncommon.

Can you recall your whole night leading up to going to bed? do you recall waking up in the middle of the night?

why did you self harm in the first place?
