I live with my mom and shes always bugging me and says that well live in the usa (aka i dont want to go there but my dad lives there) do u think its a good idea to tell everything to my mom on a piece of paper?? becuz of her im very sensitive and dont live the life i want, instead i isolate myself becuz i know ill never be free basically now im just waiting till i get ill and i die so then my mom would realise what she did wrong and that becuz of her im depressed

It depends as to what you want to tell your mom on a piece of paper, because sometimes its just better telling them instead of on a piece of paper!

I am so sorry :( If you ever need to talk I am here! Waiting! Stay strong, try not to isolate yourself and go out with friends etc...

I'm sorry you're feeling like this. If your mum is set on going to America then it's not all that likely that you'll be able to change her mind (especially if your dad is there too). Chances are she'll say that they know what's best but I think it's important that they hear what you think about it. Telling them in person or writing it down will mean you can do that and at least then they know that you're not entirely happy about it. Writing things down will be a good idea. You'll be able to get out what you want to say clearly and at a pace that suits you. Your thoughts and feelings will become clearer and you'll be able to give that to you mum if you want to and she'll then know exactly how you feel. You can say that as part of the family, you should have some say in what happens and you're entitled to express your opinion.

Even if you don't want to give her what you've written, writing it down will still help you understand your emotions and cope with them better. I hope this helps.

thanks guys well my mom doesnt really know whats going on in my soul -_- ive been like this almost all my life. Im kinda afraid of her opinion when she sees what i wrote to her.. well i asked to go to the psychologist and we went there together.. i only told her a small peace of info (not enough time and im not used to saying what i feel near my mom) ,anyway the psychologist said im right and that im a smart girl and im grown up but my mom doesnt want to let me go.. well the thing is the psychologist have an exercise to my mom to be like a friend and not a control freak but she still controls and threatens me about moving sucidal thoughts go through my head every other day -_-

i no it can be hard talking to your mum. but if you reali feel that down about it it's better if she noes. if you don't feel you can tell her face to face yea it's a brillant idea to write a letter. the worst thing you could do is bottle it up and say nothing. your mum probly doesn't even no you feel like this.
