ummm lately i feel as though people just don't give a damn about me. Like idk... i always feel like im the one that always have to start the conversation. I feel left out too; no one really approaches me it's like i got to do it first. Sometimes, when i'm talking to my friends it feels like an interview- like i'm the one usually asking all the questions and its never vice versa. Usually i don't mind that much and just go with the flow but it has been happening a lot more and now it's really starting to irk me. Are these people really my friends, or am i just blowing this out of proportion and being selfish about people just liking me?

I can relate to those feelings.

For me, I just try to ignore it and go with the flow. Of course, we can't always do that and it gets to us, thus the thread... But I don't think you're being selfish.

But I do think rather than just mope about it, we have to be pro-active in addressing and fixing it.

No. You aren't being selfish. I have the same feelings sometimes. It's best to ignore them the best you can. Maybe things willl change after a while.
