yea so my friend liked my cusin, but she said they should only be friends simply because she is like 3 years younger than him.
So any ideas on what i should do? He isn't doing extremely well and has only spoken to me in the last 3 days or so.

Im pretty sure he will get out of it soon, but what should i do in the mean time?

Maybe you could try to get him out of the house by inviting him to do something that you know he enjoys! If he tries to back out, don't take no for an answer. Try to help him keep busy. The less time he has to think about his loss, the less he will dwell over it.

yeah...the less time he has to dwell on it the better. nothing but 'time' is going really make things better, but the more he does stuff that distracting, the fast and better time goes. even playing video games online with friends can work.

my gf broke up with he last bf because he was too older for her too. her mom made her break up, but she kinda wanted too anyway. she thought she loved him at first because he could take her places and do things because he older, but she kinda figured out she just liked him, not loved him. she did feel bad about breaking up with him because he got depressed and kept calling her saying he was still in love. her suspected she was having sex with him, so she made them break up.

It depends on his nature. Some people (like me) would really love you more if you just leave them alone and simply, do nothing.
