^ More specifically, I don't care. Everything has its difficulties. If you want the ride, you have to buy the ticket.
You should make her trust you, try to know how she thinks, what pleases her, go invade her heart, before she comes a very hostile enemy to you. Because by then, believe me, things will get double worse and you may get to be treated like shit, if she can affect your dad's mind pretty well.

Have you tried talking to her about the way she treats you? Like sitting down with her and having a civil conversation about how you feel about the way she's treating you?
My stepmom and I don't get along at all either. But, if your dad is anything like mine, there's little you can do to convince him to get rid of her.
Hang in there. Maybe you two will find something that you both like. Even if it's something minor - it's something you have that you can use to diffuse an otherwise miserable situation.
As for her kids, good luck. Some kids are just brats.
