I kinda hate it.
I have practically no friends, it's not like I am anti-social or anything. For some reason people just don't like me very much. I make guy friends very easily but our friendships always end up breaking because they end up asking me out or whatever.
Well, I am in college now and I feel like I am left out of the whole college experience because of my lack of friends.
I always try to put myself out there and make new friends but they seem to never catch on and we would never hang out outside of the classroom. It is getting kind of exhausting, always seeking approval and being denied. I honestly don't know if I should keep putting myself out there or just give up.
Anybody else have trouble making friends? Anybody really good at making friends and could offer me some advice?

I know how you feel. Sometimes it's hard not being able to make friends easily. I sure don't. Truth is that some people are more naturally suited to doing so than others. That may be due to their personality or how they were raised or a number of other things. The good thing is that it's not impossible for people who aren't good at it to make friends. You just have to keep at it. The more you practice and the more you try, the more successful you'll be.

Don't give up. Eventually, you'll find people that like you for who you are and are more than happy to be your friend. However, you can't find these people unless you keep trying. Just try to meet different people and different types of people around College. You never know when you'll stumble across someone who can be one of your best friends for a very long time. Just keep trying.
