I'm not really a fan of it To be honest.=/
I'm not a fan of any of those shows though.
Not the weightless ones or the baby story ones(frankly though I find childbirth to be utterly disturbing) or those wedding story shows, none of em....
Although I do find that Intervention show interesting.

Don't really like watching The Biggest Loser - I would much rather be out there playing sports, being active and having fun rather than watching other people loose weight, lol.

Not really... Seems kind of degrading and they put the contestants under a lot of stress.

I am going to rep you on this. This is so true! The amount of weight these people have and the amount of time they have to do this in is ridiculous. It puts your own health at risk. Experts say loose no more than 0.5kg a week. If you teach these people to become healthy and active in such short time; they're going to go straight back to eating and putting on weight again straight after the program.

i agree with chris, most of them gain it all back because they haven't had the time to really get into the habit, of gradual health and fitness rather than just intense workouts which they obviously can't keep up without trainers

i'll probably make a few enemies... i'm not exactly a crowed pleaser. don't be afraid to say what you think, because lifes more interesting when people disagree
