What you lot think of skins ?

The show? I've only seen like 3 episodes of the UK version and I thought it was alright, not really my style. I saw previews for the US version and saw they all looked like 13 year olds and promised myself I wouldn't watch. I just can't stand kids trying to be cool by drinking and smoking and what not. They just look like idiots, really.

for some reason i like it. i am not usually into shows like that. but, yeah... i have seen every episode so far....

The first two series of the UK version were some of the best television this century. The US version so far has mostly been a word-for-word, scene-for-scene remake of the UK one, but with all the controversial stuff removed and swearing beeped out. The stuff that made Skins Skins is absent.

Judged on its own merit, rather than in comparison to the UK one, the US series hasn't been very good so far either. Still not sure what I think of the newest UK series.

You couldn't pay me to watch the US or the UK version, or any version that may come after.
Looks down right stupid. If I wanted to watch kids smoking, drinking, and having sex, I'd watch real life. Which is stupid and boring.

So, no, no matter how much money I was paid, I'd never watch this show. As a matter of fact I'm trying to cancel all possible recordings of the show my sister set up, and she said she wouldn't watch because it was too stupid (and that's a lot coming from my sister).

I liked the previous Skins not keen on this series though.

This series is just weird, and the characters are dull.

real Skins or the new shit they have on MTV?

Real Skins, I love... I've not seen all of them but I want to. and american Skins I refuse to watch. Way to fail.

The new UK series is so different from the rest and i can't deciede whether I like it yet!
