Elephant's Dream & Sintel
Two short films I found on Youtube; they're designed by a small group of people using a program which can be used for free, by anyone. I think these are fantastically designed and sort I'd share.
I recommend watching these in their highest settings and fullscreen.
Elephant's Dream is a little hard to understand, and is open to your own interpretation. If you don't understand it, I recommend you read the video comments or the wikipedia page. 
Sintel's a pretty good video, and quite emotional too.
