The Human Centipede wasn't too bad in that sense and it was an intriguing idea, but the story line/acting was pretty bad.
Hostel was pretty gross though IMO, same with the SAW movies. Not because of the actual gore or anything, but because there are probably people out there sick enough to actually try that shit.
What disgusts me is a shit idea for a movie (see SAW).
While I like "Kill or Die" ideas, that was just too stupid for me and I couldn't stand to watch it.
I was raised on morbid and bloody stuff so I'm pretty desensitized to things gory, bloody, and all around gross.
But I guess what disgusts me are the more realistic horrors. I can't think of any right off-hand though. But even then I still like to watch them.
I can't think of anything that I won't ever watch that would disgust me. Except horrible acting.
