I love the Jersey Shore but I won't watch this. Yeah the people on Jersey Shore are douchebags but they are lighthearted, funny and genuinely nice lovable people. The Geordie Shore just looks mean spirited.

I remember a rumor I heard about the original show that said the governor of New Jersey would personally pay for the cast to be parachuted out of the state. It's probably not true, but I got a kick out of it.
