Anyone else see this movie? I thought it was going to be cheesy (kinda was), but I loved it. Could be because I saw Captain America in the worst theater... -.-


I loved the fact that it didn't try over-doing anything. And the fact that animal-testing is really that bad.

My mum said it was terrible.. ill take her word for it

the first one was a fine movie

I really want to see this actually XD one of my mates went to see it and said it was really good.

Oh, it is... Compared to most of the other titles.

It was good compared to the standard for today's movies. It's not citizen kane though.

^First of all, that's like comparing 2001 to Full Metal Jacket.

Second of all, point one was pretty good.

Comparing 2001 and FMJ is a valid comparison (I think that's what you're trying to say. I have a history of misunderstanding people though). Especially since they are made by the same director. For example, I can compare F for Fake and Citizen Kane from an objective view point. And clearly F for fake is a lesser work. Same thing for Nights of Cabiria and 8 1/2

But on your point about Rise of the planet of the apes and Citizen Kane. I still think you can compare them and decide which one is the better movie. But then again, That's just the school of thought I subscribe to.
