hat's your favourite one?


mine has the name "morcela" but there's not a proper translate for this so i'll try to explain you.

it has pig guts (which makes the form of the sausage)
cooked rice
pig's blood
some spices
it might sound disgusting but it tastes so gooooddd..


ps: btw sorry for the bad quality of the pic but i just took the photo on my mobile phone. all the pictures on the internet looked wierd

I suppose cheese fries with little bacon bits on them.
