What exercise equipment do you own if any and do you use it often?

I dont own any myself as such but Kerry has a cross trainer, an exercise bike and a step machine. I enjoy using her cross trainer the most as it gives you a proper work out. I use it roughly once per week which isnt good enough lol

well , i have one thing where i can run but i don't use it. i'd rather go outside and run in the street

I have heaps of equipment but I never use it.

We just have some weights and that's it.
We used to have a lot though, that my dad would use often.
But eventually he stopped using them and sold them. He kept some of the weights though.
